   Turn Cans into Keys

Help us join the nationwide Cans for Habitat aluminum recycling program.  Colleges across the country join in to compete for recycling the most cans.  Set up a recycling area in your church, your scout troop, business or neighborhood and the donations will pour in.  Special Habitat recycling boxes are available, but not necessary.  Think when you drink - turn those cans into keys for a new home!

Be a Hero at The Beach this summer!

Habitat for Humanity of Utah County has been invited to participate in many of the local city and town celebrations and parades throughout the summer. The affiliate is currently looking for volunteers to assist with these festivities in June, July and August.  Community volunteers are needed to man the affiliate’s “Be Hero for Habitat” booths, to assist with the annual “Day at the Beach” activity at the Provo Freedom Festival, to distribute Cans for Habitat boxes and collect aluminum cans, and to ride on the Habitat “float”.
